Our service fee covers the cost of providing a multi-language platform, customer support in your language, currency handling without foreign transaction fees, and our cancellation guarantee. This fee is often lower than the bank fees you would pay when using your card abroad in Danish Kroner.

Yes. Unused tickets can be fully refunded. If you request a refund more than 24 hours before your planned crossing, we process it immediately. Funds typically return to your account within 2-5 business days.
